Is it CNC or C&C : If it was C&C written down then yes it is comand and conquor. if it was verbally said, then it may have been CNC, which is short for Computer Numeric Control (or somthing like that) and is used for electornically controling cuttong machines like mills, routers, laser cutters… we use them alot.
